  • Recurring services will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

    • Proxy/anonymizer services
    • Unauthorized access or hacking
    • Excessive use of server resources
    • Executing system-level commands (e.g., PhpShell or similar shell scripts)
  • Websites or content that:
    • Are illegal under local, national, or international law
    • Promote, distribute, or display pornography or adult content
    • Sell, distribute, or promote illegal products, substances, or services
    • Are used for phishing, fraud, or deceptive activities
    • Infringe on intellectual property or copyright
    • Facilitate or promote violence, hate speech, terrorism, or harm to minors
    • Are obscene, defamatory, offensive, or harassing
    • Support or encourage any unlawful or fraudulent activity
    • Political activities
  • Torrent trackers and sites facilitating peer-to-peer file sharing

  • IRC scripts and IRC servers

  • Chat rooms or WAP chat scripts that excessively consume resources

  • Online gaming scripts (excluding simple Flash games)

  • Top site scripts

Any attempt to harm, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of our servers or other clients is strictly prohibited. Any activity that negatively affects the proper functioning of the shared hosting server will be considered abuse and treated as an attempt to harm other colocated clients.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove any prohibited content or scripts without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your use violates these terms or endangers our infrastructure or other clients.

Absolutely. The Business Care and Full Care plans include time each month for small edits and updates — like content changes, layout tweaks, or plugin setup. For more complex work or custom development, we’re happy to provide a clear quote before starting — so you always know what to expect.

Yes — no bots, no outsourced call centers, and no sales agents trying to upsell you. You’ll speak directly with WordPress professionals who know your site and are here to help — not just sell you things.

Our Unlimited and Complete plans include visual tweaks, plugin customisations, product additions, content edits and removals, team member updates, pricing changes, notification adjustments, and similar small tasks — the kinds of updates often too minor to delegate to a designer or developer. They’ll appreciate us taking that workload off their plate. However, we are a technical WordPress hosting and maintenance agency. Larger tasks — such as full redesigns, page builds, major functionality changes, or implementing SEO report recommendations — are billed separately as you can check here. What can and cannot be handled under your plan is ultimately at the discretion of your assigned maintenance support agent.

Yes. For enhanced security and to protect our clients, CrafterHost blocks all web traffic from Russia and China on all our servers. This geo-blocking policy is a core part of our commitment to reducing malicious traffic, spam, and cyberattacks.

Please note: This restriction applies to every server and website we host and cannot be changed or removed by request.

While this measure significantly reduces unwanted traffic, it is not completely bulletproof—users in those countries may still access sites using VPNs, proxies, or other anonymizing tools, which cannot be reliably blocked by geographic restrictions.

Yes, you can have multiple websites. For each additional website, there is an extra fee of 50% of your monthly plan’s cost. This allows us to provide dedicated resources and support for each website while ensuring everything runs smoothly.

We strive to maintain high uptime and reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

Support is available via the channels listed on our website. Response times may vary depending on the nature of your request.

All hosting accounts are continuously monitored to track server resource consumption, including CPU, memory, bandwidth, and disk usage. If your account is found to be using an unusually high amount of resources, we will contact you to discuss possible solutions or upgrades. However, if your account’s resource usage is excessive and threatens the stability or performance of the server, we reserve the right to suspend your account or disable specific scripts without prior notice to maintain optimal service for all clients.

Clients are responsible for proactively requesting an upgrade or temporary resource increase if they anticipate higher usage. To avoid potential suspension, please contact us in advance if your website or application will require additional resources.

Resource usage for shared hosting must remain within the allocated CPU, memory, disk, and bandwidth limits for your package.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to suspend or restrict any account that exceeds its allocated resources or violates these restrictions, in order to preserve the integrity and performance of our hosting environment for all users.

  • Professional Help for Broken Websites: When your website breaks—whether it’s a plugin conflict, layout issue, error message, or something simply not working as it should—our team steps in to diagnose and resolve the problem. We handle troubleshooting, bug fixes, and restoring your site to proper working order. Limit: We focus on fixing what’s broken within your existing website. If your site’s issues are so severe or the underlying code is so poor that repairs are no longer practical or cost-effective, we’ll advise you that a full redevelopment is the only real solution. In such cases, redevelopment is not included in your maintenance plan and would be quoted separately.
  • 180 Minutes/Month Website Tasks & Repairs (Pro Care Plan): With this plan, you get up to 180 minutes per month of expert help for website tasks and repairs. This time can be used for: Content edits (text, images, products, team members, etc.), Plugin tweaks and settings adjustments, Small design or layout changes, Fixing minor bugs or display issues, Technical troubleshooting and support. Limit: The 180-minute monthly allowance covers small tasks and fixes, Unused time does not roll over, Major projects (such as new site builds, complex feature development, or large redesigns) are not included and require a separate quote.
  • Unlimited Website Tasks & Repairs (Complete Coverage Plan):  This plan offers unlimited small website tasks and repairs each month. You can request as many minor edits, fixes, or updates as you need, including: Ongoing content changes, Regular plugin and theme updates, Minor design tweaks, Troubleshooting and resolving site errors. Limit: “Unlimited” covers small, routine tasks and fixes as defined above. It does not include major work such as full site redesigns, building new websites, extensive custom development, or tasks that fundamentally change the structure or core functionality of your site. If your requests consistently exceed what’s considered reasonable for small tasks, we’ll discuss an appropriate solution or custom plan.
  • Speed & Page Optimization: We work to maximize your website’s speed and performance through: Image optimization and compression, Minifying CSS, JavaScript, and HTML, Leveraging browser caching and server-side optimizations,Identifying and removing bottlenecks,Regular performance monitoring. Limit: We will do everything technically possible to optimize your site’s speed and performance within the limits of your current website’s design and code. If your website is built on outdated or poorly developed code, there may be a ceiling to the improvements we can achieve. In these cases, we’ll advise you if a rebuild or redevelopment is the only way to see substantial gains. Redevelopment or full redesign is not included in your maintenance plan and would be quoted separately.
  • General Exclusions: Maintenance plans do not include new website builds, full redesigns, advanced custom development, graphic design, or complex integrations., All work is performed within the limits of your current hosting plan’s resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth, etc.)., For any needs outside your plan’s scope, we’ll provide a clear, custom quote.

CrafterHost provides access to premium plugins, including Elementor PRO and ShortPixel Website Optimizer PRO, as part of select hosting and maintenance packages or as optional add-ons at checkout.

  • License Ownership and Access:
    The Elementor PRO and ShortPixel Website Optimizer PRO licenses are owned by CrafterHost. These licenses are made available for use on your website only while your site is hosted with us and covered by an eligible plan or add-on purchase.
  • Implementation:
    Installation, activation, and configuration of these plugins will be performed exclusively by CrafterHost’s team. You will not receive the license key or direct access to the license itself.
  • Continued Use:
    Access to these premium plugins is contingent on your active hosting and maintenance subscription with CrafterHost. If your hosting or maintenance service with us ends, access to the premium features provided by these licenses will also end.
  • No Transfer or Assignment:
    The licenses provided cannot be transferred, assigned, or used on websites hosted elsewhere.

All website content, branding, and materials provided by Craftershost.com are the property of Digital Webemy Agency SRL or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without written permission.

You retain ownership of your website content and data.

If you purchase a consultation and subsequently order a service, your consultation fee will be credited toward your project.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Hosting Plans
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our simple hosting plans (Essentials Care). If you are not satisfied with your hosting service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. The refund applies only to the hosting service fee; domain registration, add-ons, or other third-party services are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Hosting and Maintenance Plans
Please note that plans which include website maintenance services (Pro Care, Complete Coverage, or any plan with bundled maintenance) are not eligible for refunds. Once activated, these plans are considered delivered services and are non-refundable, regardless of usage or cancellation date.

These maintenance-inclusive plans provide immediate value through services such as Speed & Page Optimization, Malware Scanning, and Website Maintenance Setup. These actions often begin as soon as your plan is activated, delivering tangible benefits and improvements to your website from the outset.

Exception:If a refund is requested before any work has started on your website (including speed optimization, malware scanning, or maintenance setup), a full refund may be granted. However, once any of these services have been performed, the plan is considered delivered and is no longer eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible hosting plan, please contact our support team within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craftershost.com and Digital Webemy Agency SRL are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craftershost.com, Digital Webemy Agency SRL, and their affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect our business or users.
